Phil is the Broker and Owner of Alabama Realty, LLC and Island Resort Management, LLC. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors degree in Paper Science. His career began in Wisconsin with Kimberly-Clark, who moved him all around the country and the world, before joining International Paper in 1990.
